Rotational molding

In a machine developed in-house we can rotate molding products with cold-hardening plastics. This makes it possible to make larger hollow products from one piece. It is also possible to use a combination of materials, for example, a rubber exterior with a hard inner shell for strength. The Bronto high chair designed by Richard Hutten is a good example of this. Currently the machine is suitable for products of ± 60 x 60 x 60 cm, but the machine is easy to adapt for larger formats. The molds for this form of rotational molding are made of polyester, epoxy or silicone with a support cap, but other materials are also conceivable.

Examples:

Bronto, constructionless babychair, Batman, Crosslight.
