CNC milling of plastics is one of the company's main activities. The first CNC milling machine was purchased in 2001. We currently have 3 controllable CNC milling machines. The maximum milling dimensions of our largest CNC portal milling machine are 3000 x 1500 x 400 mm. We can build them up from stacked layers for CNC milling of even larger products. This way, any format can be realised. The large gantry machine is suitable for milling virtually all plastics. Due to its high stability, the other portal milling machine is very suitable for all plastics and various non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and brass.
The most commonly processed materials are:
- PU block foam also known as Cyba tool, Obomodulan, Prolab, etc.
- Thermoplastics such as PVC, PE, POM, PA, PMMA, PS, ABS, etc.
- Aluminium
- Brass
- EPS (known as Styrofoam)
- EPP high-quality (packaging) foam
- Different foam types
- Wood
