Using our 3D printer equipped with a double extruder enables us to 3D print parts in the plastics PLA, ABS, PET-G and other available filaments in a fast way. FDM stands for Fused Deposition Modeling. With this technique, the product is built up in thin layers (minimum 0.15 mm, maximum 0.6 mm). The double extruder allows printing in two colors or in different materials.
Very fast delivery is possible. An STL file as a basis is sufficient, but we can of course also convert other 3D's files to the required format.
Larger products can be built from several glued parts. ABS can be glued very well, creating a solid prototype.
After printing, the models can be finished in all kinds of ways and possibly be produced in series by means of the vacuum casting process.Of course, this also happens in-house.
Examples:
Scale model of a Caterpillar Coupler, SLS mother form, ground from silicone and frequently reproduced from a strong PU casting resin.
